9 Characters Who May Have Undiagnosed Mental Disorder

Death the Kid of Soul Eater

Everybody who watches Soul Eater would remember this character being so obsessed with symmetry (even to the point of complaining that his weapon’s breasts weren’t symmetrical to each other!) that would often hamper his efficiency. Death the Kid is a perfect example of a person suffering from Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD and OCD have already been differentiated in another article). He exhibits an excessive preoccupation with trivial details, always wanting to keep everything symmetrical and to his liking. There was even an instance wherein he spent he was to take a test, but didn’t even start on it because he was so preoccupied with writing his name perfectly. This behavior is also prevalent with other scenes, like the part when his house was shown spotless because he fusses over the tiniest detail, lest it irks him to no end. Although it compromises his efficiency sometimes, he would still kick serious bad guy butts with his amazing shooting skills.
