A new research suggests that one of the many things that set CEOs apart from other people is a shared attitude, and that’s being an introvert. Although we have an interesting view of what a CEO is – charismatic, social, and confident – the truth of the matter is that most of them are introverts who fought their way to the top. Moreover, it’s been revealed that while boards often lean toward charismatic extroverts, introverts are slightly more likely to surpass the expectations of their boards and investors.

  1. your article is very informative and interesting.I think i agree that at times we misjudge others for who they are. we judge people on different basis such as the clothes they wear and how they talk. but at times we are wrong.
