Get Enough Sleep

If you aren’t getting enough sleep as a student, it’s likely that you won’t be putting your all into your learning. If you have difficulty drifting off, you may wake up feeling tired, groggy, and run down, meaning studying will be the last thing on your mind. As a student, it’s natural that you will face obstacles and pressures, so getting yourself into a routine, switching off your smartphone before hitting the hay, and creating a peaceful and relaxing environment can help make sure you get some much-needed shuteye. 

Regular Exercise
