10. Fregoli Delusion – One Man with Many Faces
The Fregoli Delusion causes a person to believe that various people they meet are actually one person in disguise. The ‘disguised’ person is, to the sufferer, psychologically identical to a familiar person in the sufferer’s life. The Fregoli Delusion is the opposite of the Capgras Delusion.
