5. Coffee can help boost heart health
Researchers from Harvard School of Public Health showed that drinking at least two cups of coffee per day can help protect against heart failure. Studies showed that those who drink four cups of coffee daily had an 11% lower risk of heart failure than those who didn’t. Researchers also said it really depends on how much coffee you drink, but the conclusion is at least two cups a day can help decrease the risk of heart failure.
