Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences
Interpersonal Intelligence capacity to understand the intentions, motivations, and desires of other people. It allows people to work effectively with others. People who have good interpersonal intelligence are really good at interpreting moods and facial expressions. They are good at communicating with other people and good in handling social situations. Educators, salespeople, religious and political leaders, and even psychologists all need a well-developed interpersonal intelligence! Now, there is a clear association between this type of intelligence and what is now termed as ‘Emotional Intelligence’ or EQ. These types of people are very effective in team building activities and activities with other people.
