Hello lovely people from psych2go YouTube channel coming all the way here.

If you’re curious about the requirements or format on the submission here are the outlines:

1. A YouTube Title

Short and concise but click bait

2. What you dealt with

3. What did you learn along the way

4. What was the turning point

5. What strategies or solutions worked for you to get you from point A to B.

Length:

500 Words or 5 minutes of reading time. Time the reading by reading out your script.

Bonus:

The more descriptive the story the more captivating it is.

Imagine Amanda’s Voice narrating your story.
