4. Psychology is not a real science
Just because it is considered a “soft” science, doesn’t make it any less of a science. The Science Council’s definition of a science is “the pursuit and application of knowledge and understanding of the natural and social world following a systematic methodology based on evidence”. Psychology follows the scientific method with empirical evidence just like biology, chemistry, and physics. Psychology is a real science.
