10 Factual Dos and Don’ts of Studying

1) Eight is the Magic Number!

On Average, it is recommended that young adults get around 8 hours of sleep a night. Research has shown that a lack of sleep causes a difficulty in understanding material taught in class, susceptibility to false memories (which isn’t the best condition to be in during exams!), and a reduction in the grey matter of the brain. So, when you’re staying up until midnight cramming for a test, remember that an extra half hour of sleep could do you wonders!
