6 Signs Your Soulmate Will Show Up Soon

Do you believe in soulmates? In the idea that out of 7 billion people in the whole wide world, there is someone out there you are destined to be with? Even if you answered no, a lot of us still want to hold on to the hope that our ideal partner exists, that you can meet someone new and feel a deep, intense, unexplainable emotional connection to them you’ve never had with anyone else before.

And no matter how naive or idealistic other people might say it is to believe in soulmates, there’s no denying that some people are really just meant for each other, that have something special that makes them fit together perfectly, like two pieces of a puzzle falling into place the moment they meet and fall in love.

But how do you know when you’ve met your soulmate? Or better yet, how do you know if they’re even coming? Well, while intuition is certainly far from an exact science, you should always trust that the Universe has a plan for you. And if you need help reading the signs it’s giving you, then look no further. Here are  6 tell-tale signs that you are about to meet your soulmate:

1. You find unexpected opportunities.

Have you been getting unexpected offers and invitations from other people lately? Or stumbling across interesting opportunities? Do you find yourself gravitating towards new ideas and experiences? All of these things could be a sign that the Universe has something great in store for you. And it’s very likely that these unexpected opportunities are meant for you to learn more about yourself, grow more as a person, and experience all the wonderful possibilities life has to offer — all so you can cross paths with your soulmate!

2. You’ve been through a lot of heartbreak.

When we hear about the success stories of some of the most accomplished people in the world — think Elvis Presley, Michael Jordan, Stephen King, Walt Disney, and more — they often talk about how they were ready to give up on their respective careers after a number of failures and rejections, only to find success shortly after! The reason? Well, the Universe often works in mysterious ways. And sometimes, falling in love with the wrong person and getting your heart broken is the only way we can get closer to finding the person we’re destined to be with, which brings us to our next point…

3. You are finding yourself again.

And as we pick up the pieces of our shattered hearts and try to move on with our lives, we find ourselves changing in unexpected ways and gaining a better understanding of who we are and what we want. Our pain forces us to confront the deepest, darkest truths about ourselves in order to see more clearly the things that are holding us back in our relationships. Is it a fear of commitment? A tendency to become codependent? A lack of trust brought about by low self-esteem? Or unhealed emotional trauma from the past? Whatever it may be, if you are finding yourself again and getting to heart of all your problems, then that’s already a good sign that you are about to meet your soulmate soon.

4. You’ve found peace in your life.

You’re already at that point in your life where you finally feel like a fully realized person; you are pursuing your goals, you know what you’re passionate about, and you feel fulfilled by your relationships with others. You’re happy with what you’ve achieved and feel hopeful about what is to come. You’re not in a rush to get to somewhere else or feel the need to be something you’re not anymore, because you like who you are now and you love the life you are living. And when you find this sense of peace and balance in your life, it means you are right where you are meant to be. And it won’t be long before your soulmate crosses your path because wherever you are is where they’re meant to be, too.

5. You’ve learned to trust the Universe.

Similar to the last point, because you’ve found a lot of personal fulfillment, purpose, and contentment in your life already, you’re no longer in a hurry to find “the one.” Your search for love and pursuit of romance isn’t motivated by a fear of being alone anymore, but by a genuine desire to find true, lasting emotional connection and intimacy. So you don’t try to force your relationships anymore or settle for any less than you deserve. You don’t mind if the Universe takes it’s time delivering your soulmate to you because you’ve learned to trust it’s timing.

6. You feel ready to meet your soulmate.

Last but certainly not the least, a definite sign that you are about to meet your soulmate is when you finally feel you are ready to. After all, there’s a reason why people always say what’s meant to be will be. You can manifest anything you want in life so long as your soul is in alignment with your desires. And even though you might think you wanted love before and it never worked out, it’s most likely that your fear of ending up alone and insecurities about being good enough were getting in the way. And now that you’ve learned to move past those hurdles and leave them behind, you are better able to manifest your ideal partner!

So, do you relate to any of the things we’ve mentioned here? Are you seeing any signs that you’re about to meet your soulmate soon? As writer Mary Manin Morrisey once said, “Even though you may want to move forward in your life, you may still have one foot on the brakes. In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain.” And only when you achieve all these things will you be ready to receive all the wonderful gifts the Universe has always had in store for you.
