People with high levels of anxiety often feel imbalanced. At times, they can feel dizzy for no apparent reason and can be seen swaying more than others would when standing normally. This issue usually begins during childhood and progresses throughout adulthood. Psychologists have noted that taking care of the dizziness also reduces the anxiety levels even though the dizziness is rooted from the anxiety itself. Perhaps this is because the dizziness makes it harder to perform tasks, thus increasing the initial amount of anxiety the person had.
