We all know that getting a good night sleep is integral to keeping our body (and our minds!) healthy and happy. Most people neglect their bodies and would tend to overwork it without realizing how important rest and relaxation is. But if you identify yourself with any of these disorders, it’s always best to go to a doctor and get help immediately. it’s always important to keep an eye on our health and wellness!
